The only good thing is it's located on the main road. Oh and the restaurant right below has some amazing nonveg food. Breakfast egg preparations are decent. Otherwise the hotel isnt great. The covers on the bed and pillows feel like they haven't been washed and are very old. They have a lot of the cotton clumping thing on it and my blanket cover even had ink stains on it. A lot of the light fixtures weren't working, wallpaper was peeling. The water coming out of the tap had a strong sulphur smell to it. Parking is absolutely terrible, especially if you have a big car. They don't have a proper "basement" parking and even if you want to park it in their so called basement parking, the path to go there is extremely narrow. They were unresponsive to the numerous times we did try to call the hotel before we reached. The only reason we put up with the place was due to the convenience wrt places we had to visit

Great place with reasonable rates. Clean rooms with clean linen..spacious and we'll maintained bathrooms..free and tasty breakfast buffet. Go for it..

We had work near Ashok Nagar, so we stayed here Beautiful rooms, well designed interior, plush ambiance with all the required amenities including centralized air conditioning, mini bar, built in kitchen & high speed wifi. It has a good breakfast options available in the morning. For the price they are giving the rooms, you're are getting it at great bargain. It's located near Metro station. Good malls for shopping and restaurants around for quick bite. Simply best! This is the first time we stayed here. Everytime we used to stay at different places. There is not enough car parking. Very difficult to park our car. Located on the busy main road, we can't take the car into the road, because of traffic. If we come by public transport then it will be a good hotel

Excellent rooms, great staff, superb breakfast. Stayed here for 3 nights of my business visit in chennai. For non locals commute could be a problem from the location as drivers from uber and ola cancel rides frequently.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August '22. Pros are the location, good breakfast and adequate room size. Cons are plenty - no bell boy and you have to carry the luggage on your own, soap and shampoo disappeared after the 1st night. Had to personally go to the reception to collect fresh soap, no vegetarian lunch or dinner, very less staff. Guy who serves breakfast on the 4th floor cleans the room and toilet. Only suitable for bachelor's. My dues were paid by my travel agent and while checking out I handed the room card to the receptionist. While traveling to the airport in a cab he calls me to confirm if I had indeed checked out. I said Yes and added that I absolutely "adore" you guys for this call 😀
